High Pressure Pump Sprocket Removal Tool for Hyundai Kia i10 i20 Diesel Engine
Technical Details
This kit has been developed to provide a removal and locking solution for the high pressure fuel pump sprocket fitted to the Hyundai and KIA CRD (2001-2016) diesel engines.
The tool allows the fuel pump sprocket to be pulled from the pump whilst holding it in its timed position.
This allows the removal of the fuel pump without disturbing the camshaft drive chain.
For example suitable for the following engines with the engine letters:
- 1.1 litre 3 cylinder diesel engine, D3FA, D3FA (U2), D3FF
- 1.4 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine, D4FC (U1), D4FC (U2)
- 1.5 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine, D3EA, D4FA-L, D4FA, D4FA-H
- 1.6 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine, D4FB-H (U1), D4FB (U1), D4FB-L (U1), D4FB (U2), D4FB-L (U2), D4FB-H (U2), D4FB-H (U2), D4FB (U1)
- 1.7 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine, D4FD (U2), D4FD-L (U2), D4FD-H (U2), D4FD
A high pressure pump disassembly tool, to be used as OEM 09331-2A010 / 09331-2A000.
Camshaft sprockets must be loosened.
Use of the flywheel locking tool OEM 09231-2A100 is recommended.
Completely sorted in plastic case.
